The document adopts recommendations of the parliamentary hearings and recommends the Cabinet of Ministers to report on the state of their implementation to the Verkhovna Rada by November 1, 2011.
The Verkhovna Rada shall immediately scrutinize and adopt the following bills:
- on amendments to the Family Code of Ukraine regarding adoption of children of special groups;
- on amendments and supplements to the Criminal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine regarding protection of children from trafficking in human beings and exploitation.
The local self-government bodies shall strengthen control over the observance of children rights in educational establishments and other institutions of all forms of ownership.
